+ Bonuses (Based on experience and qualifications) About Us K9 Solutions Center is the largest and top-rated dog training facility in Southwest Ohio , and we are experiencing rapid growth. We are adding two Dog Trainers to our team and are open to candidates with professional experience or motivated individuals we can train through our in-house certification program. Position Summary As a Dog Trainer at K9 Solutions Center, you will work hands-on with dogs of all breeds and behavior levels. You will also create short videos for clients and social media, so being comfortable on camera is important. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about dogs, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career. Responsibilities Train dogs in obedience, behavior modification, and specialized programs Work directly with clients during lessons and consultations Record short progress videos and social media clips Follow training programs and company standards Maintain a positive, professional attitude Provide excellent customer service to clients and dog owners Continue building your skills through ongoing training opportunities Requirements Passion for working with dogs Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable being on camera Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional Prior dog training experience preferred , but not required Candidates without experience must complete our Trainer School & Certification Program Must pass a background check Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay + commission Bonus structure available Opportunities for raises and advancement Continuing education and professional development Supportive team environment Career growth within a rapidly expanding company Why Work With Us?
