We set ourselves apart through positive reinforcement, training-based daycare, and a science-based enrichment program that supports each dog's physical and mental well-being. Our team receives ongoing education in canine behavior, training, and pet first aid, and we're passionate about treating every dog like family. About the Role We're hiring Canine Care Specialists who are excited to grow in the animal care industry and make a positive impact on the lives of dogs and their families. This unique position combines customer service, front desk responsibilities, and hands-on canine care in a fun, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service. Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling and reservations. Check dogs in and out for daycare and boarding. Safely supervise and engage groups of dogs using positive reinforcement techniques. Observe canine body language and help maintain a safe, enriching environment. Clean and sanitize play areas, kennels, and common spaces. Support daily operations and work collaboratively with your teammates. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for dogs and a desire to build a career in animal care. Enthusiasm for learning new skills and participating in ongoing education. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow directions, stay organized, and work independently with confidence. Experience with dog daycare, boarding, grooming, training, or animal handling is preferred but not required. Knowledge of canine body language and behavior is a plus. A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
