Join The Dog Stop South Hills as a Canine Handler, where your passion for dogs meets a rewarding career! In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional care and attention to our furry guests, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience.Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with dogs in playgroups to ensure safety and socialization. Administer feeding, medication, and basic grooming as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and play areas. Monitor dog behavior and report any concerns to management. Participate in training sessions to enhance handling skills and knowledge. Assist in creating a fun and stimulating environment for all dogs. Follow all safety protocols and procedures for dog handling and care.Requirements:
Previous experience in animal care or dog handling preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Must be physically able to handle dogs of various sizes and energy levels. Knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude. CPR and First Aid certification for pets is a bonus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.About Us:
