We are looking for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience. Whether you're an experienced trainer or someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry, we want to hear from you. Experience Preferred Previous professional dog training experience Experience teaching obedience, behavior modification, or Board & Train programs Confidence working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments No Experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate. Applicants without professional dog training experience must be willing to complete our training curriculum and certification process before working independently with clients. We are looking for coachable individuals who are committed to learning our training system and maintaining our company standards. Minimum Requirements Must be eligible to board dogs in your home. Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds and sizes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to confidently teach and coach clients during private lessons. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule. Pass a background check. Responsibilities Conduct Board & Train programs in accordance with company standards. Teach private lessons and graduation sessions with clients. Communicate regularly with dog owners through text, photos, and videos. Maintain detailed training records. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every dog in your care. Represent Next-Door K9 Solutions with professionalism at all times.
