Experience is required. We are primarily a board and train Company. Must be able to work with various types, breeds, ages of dogs. Must be able to Board and Train from your home. We do not have a facility. Have experience with training house pets in a variety of different techniques. Familiar with on leash, off leash, and behavior modification training including aggression and reactivity. Must have at least 2 years of dog training experience/apprenticeship. Have reliable transportation. Be able to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledgeable on food reward systems and the e-collar, as well as many other tools. Must be able to board/house client pets in home during training. Be responsible for your own work schedule, keeping a schedule with clients, and communication Maintain a neat appearance. Must be self motivated and self sufficient. Have references for work experience. Be able to attend a working interview. Must be willing to travel. Team mentality and hard work ethic. Willingness to Learn; Must be coachable and teachable. Specialty training such as service dog experience is desired but not a requirement.
