Donna and her husband, Craig, married their respective careers and launched Creature Comforts Veterinary Resort and Suites, inc. in 2008 after years of research, preparation, and planning. Their goal, the ultimate in animal care, was realized by much hard work, faith, and favor. CCVRS has united some of the finest talent in the Upstate area for Veterinary Care, Boarding, Grooming, Training and General Pet Care. Job DescriptionDog Day Care Attendant Duties and Responsibilities:

Give dogs water throughout the dayTake dogs for walksHandle bathing and grooming tasks as neededClean and maintain daycare, keeping it free of waste and other unsanitary or hazardous materialsSupervise play areas to ensure pet safetyKeep records of pet's health and walking schedules for each dogPerform light receptionist duties, such as answering phones and emailsQualificationsRequired skills:

Experience with large dogsExperience working in a Resort and/or Day Camp Will be outside for a majority of their shiftsWe are looking for someone with:

Prior experience at a dog daycare facility, shelter, or in personal animal careFamiliarity with various dog breedsPassion for taking care of animalsTeamwork and communication skillsPhysical stamina for this very high physically demanding jobAbility to be outside even when the weather is good or bad, requiredAbility to life 40 pounds, requiredAbility to restrain a large dog on a leash and handle dogs in a group play environment, requiredAdditional InformationWe offer our staff:
