In this energetic role, you will work closely with dogs of various breeds and temperaments, ensuring their safety and well-being. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in animal handling, pet care, and customer service while making a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners. Responsibilities Safely handle and control dogs during daily activities Assist with pet boarding and animal care routines to ensure comfort and safety Conduct animal restraint procedures using proper techniques to prevent injury or stress Maintain cleanliness of kennels, pet grooming areas, and animal care facilities through thorough sanitization Monitor animal behavior to identify signs of stress or illness and report concerns promptly Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners and addressing their questions or concerns Qualifications Experience in pet sitting, kennel work, or animal handling roles is preferred Knowledge of animal behavior management preferred Ability to be on feet for 1-2 hours at a time Strong outdoor work experience and familiarity with pet boarding environments Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitized pet care facility in accordance with health standards Outstanding customer service skills with a positive attitude toward pet owners and team members Join us to bring energy, expertise, and compassion into the world of animal care! Pay:
