We're hiring Part-Time Pet Handlers who are dependable, hard-working, and ready to bring positive energy to a team that truly cares about pets and each other. If you're looking for a role that keeps you moving and makes every day a little more pawsitive , you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Supervise and interact with dogs during playtime, walks, and enrichment activities (including the occasional zoomie sprint). Feed pets and maintain their daily routines with consistency and attention to detail. Provide calm, attentive care for cats—on their terms, of course—including feeding, playtime, and keeping their spaces clean and cozy. Monitor pet behavior and overall wellbeing, from playful pups to more independent feline personalities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment (a fresh space = happy tails). Work closely with team members to ensure every pet receives reliable, high-quality care. Schedule Part-time (8 hours a day/3x per week) Shift options: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (2nd shift - Night Owl) Must be available for weekends, holidays, and busy seasons (our peak times mean lots of extra tail wags to keep up with) What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and personalities Reliable and consistent attendance is essential Self-motivated and able to stay on task in a fast-paced environment Able to stand, walk, lift, clean, and stay active throughout the entire shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow routines Team-oriented with a positive, dependable attitude Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $16.00/hour 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Employee discounts Why Join Us Work in a positive, team-focused environment where your day includes happy greetings, playgroups, enrichment time, and a mix of fun, fast-paced responsibilities.
