Responsibilities:

• Kickstart your role with an engaging 6-12 week intensive training program, focusing on enhancing your existing skills with our balanced training approach. This crucial period aims to broaden your expertise and ensure you're well-prepared to implement our distinguished training programs effectively.
• Following this foundational training, you'll take on the delivery of our comprehensive training services. Your involvement could span private sessions, group classes, and/or Board & Train programs, aligned with your areas of strength and interest.
• Design individualized training plans that cater to the specific needs of each dog, aiming for positive behavioral transformations and obedience.
• Conduct detailed assessments to understand each dog's behavior and temperament, formulating tailored training strategies.
• Build robust relationships with pet owners, offering them consistent updates, guidance, and support to maintain the training's effectiveness beyond our sessions.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives, promoting balanced dog training and responsible pet care.
• Commit to continual professional development, keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dog training techniques and practices.
• Collaborate with our team, exchanging knowledge and experiences to elevate the overall quality and effectiveness of our training services.
