Compensation:

$12.50 - $14 hourly

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs by maintaining a clean and organized kennel environment. Monitor and document each dog's behavior, health, and progress, providing insights to improve care routines. Engage with dogs through play and training exercises, fostering a stimulating and positive atmosphere. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative care strategies. Communicate effectively with pet owners, offering updates and addressing any concerns with empathy. Assist in the preparation and distribution of meals, ensuring dietary needs are met for every dog. Support the training team by setting up and maintaining training areas, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 or above Weekends are a must 1+ year experience as Kennel Tech preferred, but not required This position requires the ability to stand and bend for long periods of time and lift 40 or more pounds.
