All Around K9 Training | San Antonio, TX Full-Time or Part-Time | $700-$1,000/week Do you love dogs, take pride in doing things the right way, and want hands on experience inside a professional dog training facility? All Around K9 Training is looking for a dependable, hardworking Kennel Technician to join our team. This is an essential role within our facility. Our kennel team helps ensure every dog in our care is safe, comfortable, clean, properly fed, and cared for according to their individual needs. This position requires attention to detail, physical work, cleaning, organization, communication, and the ability to follow systems. When a client trusts us with their dog, we take that responsibility seriously. At All Around K9 Training, we are balanced dog trainers working with everything from puppies learning basic manners to dogs developing off-leash reliability, confidence, and stability, as well as nervous, reactive, and aggressive dogs.

Our philosophy is simple:

We hold the dogs in our care to a high standard, and we're able to do that because we hold ourselves to one, too. We are a close-knit, family-oriented team that believes in working hard, supporting one another, continuing to learn, and going above and beyond for the dogs and families who trust us. Maintain accurate kennel labels, including feeding instructions, medications, allergies, bite risks, and special-care notes Help keep the facility organized, safe, clean, and running smoothly Support trainers and other team members wherever needed Take pride in the little details—because when someone trusts us with their dog, the little details matter If you enjoy cleaning, staying organized, working with dogs, and aren't afraid to get dirty, you'll probably fit right in. This Role Is for

What You'll Learn Working alongside our professional training team, you'll gain hands on experience in: Proper daily dog-care routines Canine body language and behavior basics Safely working around dogs with different temperaments and behavioral needs Facility organization, sanitation, and safety protocols Maintaining accurate feeding, medication, and care systems How a professional dog training facility operates behind the scenes Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment Communication and teamwork within a professional training team The standards and systems required to provide exceptional care for dogs entrusted to us Previous professional animal-care experience is a plus, but it is not required. Work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn matter more to us. Physical & Scheduling Requirements Must be comfortable working in an active, physically demanding position Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs Able to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, crouch, lift, clean, and move throughout the facility Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Comfortable getting dirty: dogs, water, cleaning products, hair, mud and poop are all part of the job Must have reliable transportation Full-time and part-time opportunities available Full-time positions are approximately 40 hours per week / 5 days per week Current shifts are 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 12:00 PM-9:00 PM Both full-time shifts include a one-hour lunch
