Job Description

Canine Karma Training is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kennel Technician to join our team in Stafford, VA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with dogs in a structured environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized facility. This is also an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to get some preliminary experience in a dog training facility. This is a
PART TIME
position with afternoon/evening hours. You must be able to work until 9:30 pm AND work weekends. Responsibilities Let dogs out for potty breaks Supervise individual playtime in the yard Feed and water dogs Clean crates and common spaces Assist trainers with handling dogs when needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation AND. Valid drivers license Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Reliable transportation and punctuality are required Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Previous animal care, kennel, daycare, veterinary, or dog training experience is preferred but not required.
