Canine Caretaker Welcome to Luna Pet Resort! We are a 5• deluxe hotel for dogs in the heart of Madison. Luna Pet Resort provides a fun, safe, all-suite resort environment for dogs to play, stay and receive lots of love and attention! We are seeking an individual who is reliable, customer oriented, hard working, dependable and mature enough to accept the responsibility of caring for other people's fur kids. A genuine love, understanding and compassion for dogs is essential. Previous boarding experience, dog behavior and safe dog handling experience preferred. Pet First Aid & CPR training is beneficial. Days and hours will vary with the needs of the business and will include days, evenings and some weekends & holidays. Caring for dogs can provide hours of laughter and companionship. Our staff has the unique opportunity to form wonderful bonds with our furry clients and trusting relationships with their pet parent.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the daily activities of dogs; including lets outs, playgroups, temperament testing, feeding schedules, daily housekeeping, and health & wellness checks. 2. Ensuring pet safety & wellness 3. Providing exceptional customer service to our human & pet guests 4. Assist in training staff 5. Facility cleaning and organizing 6. Organization of special events, guest service add-on's and check-in/out's

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
