FULL TIME & PART TIME CARE TEAM MEMBER
North Paw LLC Does a day job working with little dogs and their parents seem too good to be true? At North Paw, LLC we are seeking highly motivated and positive individuals to join our Care Team! The Care Team is comprised of humans who adore smaller dogs and cats, are team-oriented, happily work hard, have positive attitudes, are respectful, and ready to learn and grow. At North Paw... HOURS Full Time:
~30-35 hrs/wk. AM shift is 7:30/am-11/1130am Mon-Thurs; PM shift 12pm until 6pm Tues, Wed & Thurs (some Mondays)
Part Time:
~12-29 hrs/wk AM shift is 7:30/am-11/1130am Mon-Thurs PM shift 12pm until 5:30pm Tues, Wed & Thurs (some Mondays)
Compensation :
$15 - $16 per hour •Based on experience & other qualifications

Commuting:
Must live within 20-25 minutes from North Paw.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a valid drivers license Must have access to a vehicle Must be able to pass a background check Must reside within 20-25 minutes from North Paw. Must enjoy smaller dogs and cats, as care team members will be responsible for the care of both species. Previous animal-related care experience preferred. Customer service skills in positively assisting clients. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to accurately follow instructions. Ability to retain information trained on. Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and positively. Available to work week days. Willing and able to spend extended time standing outside in the elements (heat, snow, rain). Ability to stand for the duration of a shift. Ability to walk quickly and walk on pea gravel. Ability to be able to lift and hold up to 35 pounds. Ability to be bend over, crouch, and move from being on the floor to standing quickly. No history of termination or leave from previous employment due to: neglect of animals, theft, or any other perception of or behavior that would be undesirable for a team member to possess while working with animals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact positively with clients and their dogs/cats. Interact positively with colleagues including supervisor, managers, and property owners. Assist with and/or lead check ins/outs of daycare and boarding. Provide direct oversight and management of dogs while in groups. Clean & sanitize daycare and boarding areas. Educate and share information about dog training. Other duties as assigned.
