Job Description
Full-Time Puppy & Dog Trainer CW Bernedoodles is hiring a full-time Puppy & Dog Trainer to join our busy, successful program. If you love dogs, enjoy staying active, and find it rewarding to watch a puppy or dog learn and grow, this could be an incredible opportunity. This is a hands-on, high-energy position working with puppies and dogs every day. You'll play an important role in preparing our puppies for life with their future families by helping them develop confidence, good manners, and essential training skills. Our training doesn't stop when our puppies go home. We also have dogs return to us for additional training programs, so you'll have the opportunity to work with dogs of different ages, personalities, skill levels, and training needs. What You'll Do Train and work hands-on with puppies and dogs each day Work with puppies in our initial training programs as they prepare to join their new families Work with dogs who return to CW Bernedoodles for additional and more advanced training programs Teach and reinforce manners, behaviors, obedience, and foundational skills Address individual training goals based on each puppy or dog's needs Help puppies and dogs build confidence and develop positive behaviors Follow individual training plans and track progress Maintain consistency, structure, and patience throughout the training process Work closely with our team in a busy, fast-paced environment Help us continue creating exceptional experiences for our dogs and the families who love them Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Energetic

Pay:
