Responsibilities Conduct Reiki energy healing sessions, ensuring a calming and supportive environment for clients Assess clients' energetic needs and tailor Reiki treatments accordingly Educate clients on the principles of Reiki and self-care practices to support ongoing wellness Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to develop personalized treatment plans for clients with specific health conditions or stress-related issues Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with health regulations Stay current with industry best practices and continue professional development in energy healing and massage therapies Requirements Certification as a Reiki Master Practitioner with proven experience in energy healing techniques Proficiency in patient assessment and customizing treatments based on individual needs Strong communication skills to educate clients effectively about energy work and self-care strategies Ability to create a peaceful atmosphere conducive to relaxation and healing Prior experience working in med spa settings or holistic health environments is a plus We are committed to supporting your growth as a healer while providing an enriching environment where your skills can flourish.
