DEW Beauty Company is growing, and we're looking for the right cosmetologist to grow with us. DEW Beauty Company is a natural hair, scalp-care, and luxury Head Spa salon in Huntsville, Alabama. As we expand into our new location, we are hiring an Associate Stylist who is passionate about healthy hair, client care, continued education, and building a long-term career in the beauty industry. This is not a booth-rental position. The Associate Stylist is a W-2 team member who will be trained in the DEW experience and developed toward independently serving DEW clients.

40% commission on collected service revenue

The ideal candidate is:

A licensed cosmetologist or eligible to become licensed in Alabama

Passionate about natural hair and healthy-hair care

Compensation:

Associate Stylists earn 40% commission on all collected service revenue, plus 100% of their tips. DEW Beauty Company provides the products, supplies, booking systems, training, and client experience infrastructure needed to perform services, so there are no booth-rental fees or product costs deducted from the stylist's commission. New team members begin with paid training at $15/hour before transitioning into commission-based service work once they are certified to perform DEW services independently. As the stylist completes additional DEW certifications, grows their schedule, and takes on more clients, their earning potential increases with their service volume.
