Responsibilities Deliver high-quality barbering and grooming services while creating a valuable client experience Consult with clients to recommend services and products that meet their needs Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and consistent service Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with state regulations Follow all company policies, service standards, and operational procedures Participate in marketing initiatives, promotions, and community events as requested Promote retail products and additional services when appropriate Maintain an accurate appointment schedule using the shop's booking system Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Require Qualifications Active Alabama Apprentice Barber or Master Barber License Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain attendance standards Preferred Qualifications Previous barbershop experience Existing clientele Retail sales experience Strong client retention skills What You'll Need to Provide Professional cutting tools and equipment Tool maintenance and upkeep Current barbering license and required renewals Continuing education as required by the State of Alabama A professional appearance consistent with company standards What We Provide Professional facility Client booking system Marketing and social media support Walk-in client support Reception services Professional service products Retail inventory Towels and capes Sanitation supplies Furniture and equipment Why Join Our Team?
