Assist with front desk duties including check-in/check-out procedures, appointment confirmations, and managing the overall client experience. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair coloring techniques, store management practices, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling, coloring, and grooming services. Proficiency in salon software systems like Zenoti for scheduling and retail management. Knowledge of sanitation standards, store management practices, and retail math for accurate sales transactions. Skilled in various hair treatments including hair extensions, color theory application, and hair threading. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members alike.
