The ideal candidate will have a strong and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. This role requires both technical skills and a personable approach to ensure clients leave satisfied and eager to return. Duties Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services using various techniques, including straight razor shaving. Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired styles and grooming needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients' grooming routines. Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering, hair styling, and grooming techniques. Occasionally perform additional services such as threading (only if possess the skills necessary) Qualifications Valid barbering license. Strong understanding of retail math to assist with sales transactions effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in front desk operations is a plus. Knowledge of retail sales strategies to promote products effectively. Familiarity with hair styling techniques is preferred.
