Anna Hair Salon, located inside a bustling, multi-service African Supermarket in Glendale, AZ, is looking for a talented Professional Hair Braider to join our growing team. Our in-house salon station offers a steady flow of clientele in a high-traffic retail environment. We are looking for a highly reliable, community-driven individual who specializes in a variety of braiding techniques and wants to grow their book of business.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair braiding, styling, and consultation services to clients.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon workspace in compliance with state sanitation guidelines.
• Manage client scheduling and walk-in appointments efficiently.
• Assist with cross-promoting salon services to retail grocery customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a professional hair braider (portfolio of past work is a plus).

• Familiarity with a wide range of braiding styles and techniques.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.
• Local to the Glendale/Phoenix area with a deep understanding of the community .

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

• Flexible scheduling required to cover core store operating hours
