Job Description

Haircuts and Chill is looking for a skilled and personable Barber to join our team! We're a busy, welcoming shop that takes pride in quality cuts and great customer service. If you love the craft and want to build a loyal clientele, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Perform haircuts, fades, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and line-ups Consult with clients on style preferences and recommend services Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station Build and maintain relationships with regular clients Stay current on trends and techniques

Requirements:

Valid Arizona barber license Proven experience as a barber Strong knowledge of cutting, fading, and grooming techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional

Compensation:

Commission-based pay — competitive percentage 60/40 split, plus tips.
