Barber Gateway Barbershop — Gilbert & Queen Creek, AZ Full-time | Minimum 40 hours per week Gateway Barbershop is hiring 3-4 barbers across our four East Valley locations. We offer established appointment and walk-in traffic, marketing support, and a professional environment where you can build lasting client relationships. We're looking for dependable barbers who take pride in their work, treat clients well, and contribute to a respectful team. Compensation 55% commission on haircuts. 10% commission on product sales. What you'll do Provide fades, tapers, classic men's cuts, kids' cuts, and beard services within your license's scope. Consult with clients and deliver consistent, quality service. Keep your station and tools clean and sanitary. Manage your chair professionally and arrive ready for scheduled shifts. Help create a welcoming shop experience. What we're looking for An active Arizona barber or cosmetology license appropriate for the services performed before starting client services. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Experience preferred; newly licensed applicants are welcome to apply.
