Duties Provide expert hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair care services tailored to each client's needs Perform barbering services including straight razor shaves and precision haircuts Offer specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations after each client Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment Demonstrated ability in retail sales, upselling products effectively while maintaining excellent customer service skills Skilled in various beauty treatments including hair extensions, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading Strong communication skills to connect confidently with clients and understand their beauty goals Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering from an accredited program is essential for hair stylists; additional expertise in color theory and store management is advantageous Embark on an empowering journey where your talent meets opportunity!
