As a Master stylists, you will be the driving force behind delivering top-tier salon services, managing daily operations, and fostering a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and inspired. Your passion for beauty, combined with your leadership skills, will help shape a vibrant, professional atmosphere that encourages growth and creativity. Duties Lead and perform advanced hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair care treatments with precision and artistry. Provide expert consultations on hair coloring techniques, color theory, and hair care routines tailored to each client's needs. Manage salon operations including appointment scheduling using salon software like Zenoti,front desk duties, and retail sales. Mentor and train team members on technical skills such as barbering (including straight razor work), sanitation practices, and customer service excellence. Upsell retail products effectively by applying retail math skills to meet sales goals while ensuring clients receive quality recommendations. Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and personalized service to encourage repeat business and positive reviews. Skills Proficiency in salon software systems such as Zenoti for scheduling and client management. Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in cosmetology, barbering, hair styling, coloring, and hair extensions. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards within the salon environment. Strong understanding of color theory to create customized hair coloring solutions. Skilled in customer service, client communication, retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math. Competence in performing eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading. Excellent communication skills coupled with mentoring abilities to support team development. Ability to manage store operations efficiently while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
