We are looking for a fully licensed Cosmetologist, Barber, or Hairstylist who is ready to immerse themselves in our salon culture, hone their technical skills, and deliver exceptional client experiences. In this hybrid role, you will split your time between front-desk, salon assistant duties, and hands-on apprenticeship training. You determine your timeline—whenever you feel confident and ready to build your own books, you will be guaranteed a full-time Stylist position with us.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Experience:

Welcome clients, manage booking schedules, answer calls, process payments, and ensure a warm, professional front-of-house environment.

Stylist Support:

Assist senior stylists with shampooing, toning, blow-outs, mixing colors, and sectioning, as well as keeping stations clean and organized.

Salon Operations:

Maintain salon cleanliness, restock retail displays, handle laundry, and manage inventory upkeep throughout the day.

Ongoing Learning:

Actively participate in hands-on training sessions, shadowing senior stylists, and taking model clients during training hours. You are encouraged to bring a mannequin to practice on during slow periods. Qualifications & Requirements Active State License in Cosmetology or Barbering (Required). Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Passion for learning, open to feedback, and driven to grow into a busy stylist.
