We're seeking someone with strong technical skills, thoughtful client care, and a professional, team-oriented approach. Experience in color and blonding is especially valuable, along with extension experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized consultations, haircuts, color, blonding, and styling within your expertise. Recommend appropriate services and home care to support clients' results. Build lasting client relationships through rebooking and consistent service. Maintain a clean, sanitized station and help keep shared salon spaces guest-ready. Assist with appointment scheduling and client communication as needed. Follow salon policies and communicate respectfully with clients, coworkers, and management.

Qualifications:

Active Arizona cosmetology license. Previous professional salon experience. A portfolio demonstrating your recent work. Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to contribute to the team.
