Experienced Hair, Nail & Massage Professionals | Independent Business Partners Native Dreams Day Spa & Full-Service Salon Viejas Outlet Center | Alpine, CA Native Dreams is a full-service salon and day spa located inside Viejas Outlet Center. We are growing our team and looking for experienced, professional Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians, and Massage Therapists who want the freedom of an independent schedule while being part of a professional, elevated salon and spa environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Independent Business Partners have the freedom to manage their own schedules, set their own availability, and grow their clientele while benefiting from the visibility and established environment of Native Dreams.

Commission Structure:

Standard split: 60% to the professional / 40% to the house Professionals who bring their own clients receive a 65% / 35% split Independent partners are responsible for their own professional supplies unless otherwise agreed upon You control your own schedule and availability Opportunities to build a loyal clientele within an established salon and spa

We are looking for professionals who are: Currently licensed in California Experienced and confident in their area of expertise Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional in appearance, communication, and conduct Committed to exceptional client service Clean, organized, and attentive to sanitation standards Comfortable working in a collaborative salon and spa environment Serious about building and maintaining a clientele References and professional experience are required.

HAIR STYLISTS

We are looking for stylists with strong technical experience who can confidently perform: All-over color Highlights and dimensional color Cuts and styling Men's cuts Kids' cuts Consultation and client recommendations Stylists should be comfortable working with a diverse clientele and delivering consistent, professional results.

NAIL TECHNICIANS

We are specifically looking for nail professionals who can provide both beautiful enhancements and a truly relaxing spa experience.

Experience should include:

Nail enhancements Gel services Manicures Pedicures Detailed cuticle care Clean, precise finishing Relaxing and elevated client experience Strong sanitation practices and attention to detail are essential.

MASSAGE THERAPISTS

We are looking for experienced massage professionals who can provide therapeutic, relaxing, and customized treatments while maintaining a calm, professional spa environment. Specialty modalities and additional certifications are welcome.
