We are seeking talented and passionate Hairstylist/Cosmetologists to join our rapidly growing salon team, to provide expert hair styling, coloring, and care services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and feeling like the best version of themselves . The ideal candidate will excel in client communication, deliver exceptional customer service, and stay current with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and cosmetology. Duties Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles, colors, and treatments. Perform hair coloring services, including highlights, lowlights, full color, and corrective color, and a variety of hair care services such as cuts, trims, blowouts, and styling for special occasions. Maintain open communication with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction. Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively. Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards. Qualifications Valid California cosmetology license required. Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and hair care services. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and salon team with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
