We are looking for someone who is polished, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating beautiful, natural-looking hair transformations. The ideal candidate has strong experience with hair extensions and is confident working with high-end clientele in a fast-paced luxury salon environment. Responsibilities Perform professional hair extension consultations, installations, maintenance, move-ups, and removals Customize placement, density, length, and blending for each client Cut, shape, and blend extensions for a seamless, natural finish Match extension color and texture to the client's natural hair Maintain the health and integrity of the client's natural hair and scalp Educate clients on proper extension care and maintenance Recommend appropriate professional products and home care Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation Follow all California State Board sanitation and safety requirements Take high-quality before and after photos when appropriate Deliver an elevated, professional client experience from consultation through checkout Maintain accurate client notes and service records Assist with salon operations and team needs when necessary Qualifications Active California cosmetology license required Professional hair extension experience required Strong knowledge of extension installation, maintenance, removal, and blending Excellent cutting and finishing skills Strong understanding of hair health, texture, density, and color matching Comfortable working with luxury and high-profile clientele Professional appearance and communication skills Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality Strong customer service and sales skills Comfortable being photographed or filmed while performing services for salon content when needed Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Preferred Experience Experience with premium human hair extensions, beaded wefts, hand-tied or sewn-in methods is highly preferred.
