Role:

V's Barbershop is looking for a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team in Campbell, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craft to a welcoming environment where talent is valued and clients leave looking and feeling their best.

Responsibilities:

Perform precision haircuts, fades, tapers, and trims for a diverse clientele Provide straight razor shaves and beard grooming services Consult with clients to understand their desired style and deliver exceptional results Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards Build and retain a loyal client base through outstanding customer service Stay current with trending styles, techniques, and barbering best practices Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional shop atmosphere

Requirements:

Valid California Barber License required Proven experience in barbering, including fades, clipper work, and straight razor shaves Strong knowledge of hair types, textures, and modern styling techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage appointment flow Portfolio or references demonstrating barbering skill preferred
