Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Barber to join our team at The Folsom Barber Lounge. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, delivers a consistently top-rated client experience, and thrives in a luxury grooming environment where quality is never compromised. Key Responsibilities Deliver precision haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and traditional straight-razor shaves that uphold our luxury standard Provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every client Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized workstation at all times Build lasting client relationships and foster loyalty through excellent service Stay current with the latest men's grooming trends, techniques, and products Collaborate with team members to uphold The Folsom Barber Lounge's top-rated reputation Recommend premium grooming products to clients to extend the luxury experience at home Qualifications Valid California Barber License (required) Minimum 2 years of professional barbering experience preferred Strong proficiency in men's haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and straight-razor shaves Genuine passion for the art of men's grooming and the luxury client experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer Competitive pay — booth rental or commission structure available A stunning, upscale lounge environment that reflects the luxury of the brand A loyal, high-end clientele in the heart of Folsom Ongoing education and access to premium grooming products and tools A positive, professional team culture built on excellence Flexible scheduling options Excellent communication skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance How to Apply Ready to bring your skills to Folsom's top-rated luxury grooming lounge?
