Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ( Closed on Weekends! )
Position Overview:
We are a family-owned auto repair shop seeking experienced A-Level Automotive Mechanics to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position. The core expectation is to perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and high-quality vehicle servicing with minimal supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Advanced Diagnostics (50% of the job): Accurately troubleshoot complex engine, transmission, electrical, and computer systems using modern equipment.
Complex Repairs:
Execute component replacements, overhauls, and deep mechanical repairs meeting factory specifications.
Full-Service Repairs:
Perform A/C service, alignments, electrical work, head gaskets, steering/suspension, and timing belts.
Shop Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all shop safety rules.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Must have 5+ years of proven A-Level Auto Tech experience to be considered.
Licensing:
Valid Driver's License with clean DMV record required - NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Tools:
Must provide your own professional-grade hand tools.
Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical components and vehicle diagnostic systems.
Efficiency:
Ability to diagnose and complete repairs efficiently and in a timely manner.
Certification:
ASE and A/C certifications are preferred.
Communication:
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility:
Ability to work occasional overtime based on business demands.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standing and walking for long periods of time. Reaching overhead and below, bending, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and twisting.
