Duties:

• Provide barbering/cosmetology services to clients, including haircuts, (shaves, if a barber), and beard trims and coloring services if a cosmetologist.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Upsell retail products to clients and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in barbering/cosmetology and stay updated on new techniques and products.
• Conduct retail sales transactions using basic retail math skills.

Experience:

• Must have a valid barber license or cosmetology license.
• Proven experience in providing barbering or styling services, including haircuts, shaves, haircoloring (if a cosmetologist) and/or beard trims.
• Knowledge of how to perform hair treatments is must.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to upsell retail products and provide recommendations based on client needs.
