We are a couture bridal salon in beautiful Newport Beach looking for a stylish, warm, motivated Bridal Stylist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people, has a strong eye for fashion and styling, and takes pride in providing exceptional, personalized service. You'll work one-on-one with brides to help them find the gown that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves. -

•_ What You'll Do _

•- As a Bridal Stylist, you will be responsible for creating a high-end, welcoming experience from the moment a bride and her loved ones walk through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Styling brides and helping them select their dream wedding gown! Conducting personalized, attentive bridal appointments and consultations Providing expert guidance on gowns, silhouettes, fabrics, veils, accessories, and overall bridal looks based on her vision and personality Building genuine relationships with brides and creating a memorable luxury shopping experience Following up with clients and helping manage the full appointment-to-sale process Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and booking appointments Greeting clients and creating an inviting, polished salon environment Assisting with reception and front-desk responsibilities Maintaining the appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the salon Assisting with other day-to-day salon responsibilities as needed -_ Our Ideal Candidate _- We are looking for someone who is: Fashion-forward and genuinely passionate about bridal & styling Warm, personable, confident, and comfortable connecting with different personalities Naturally stylish with a strong eye for fit, proportion, and aesthetics An excellent communicator and listener Comfortable with sales and motivated by achieving goals Highly organized and dependable Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy boutique environment Professional, polished, and passionate about delivering luxury-level service Comfortable working weekends, as that's when we're busiest! A positive team player who takes initiative without always needing to be asked

•Bridal, luxury retail, fashion, styling, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. You will make commission on every item sold, and there are no commission caps. :)

•Additional Bonuses are available when achieving certain milestones in sales! - Schedule - Our ideal candidate is available 4-5 days / week, and is available to work weekends as Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days!

$21.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
