Limelight Performance & Recovery is looking for a talented, personable licensed Barber or Hairstylist to join our health, wellness and recovery business in Palm Springs. We have a beautiful, clean, private styling room that's fully furnished and ready to go. You'll share the room with one other barber, keeping the atmosphere relaxed, personal and professional. And we've structured the compensation so when you succeed, you really benefit from it. Here's the Deal You keep 60% of your service revenue and Limelight receives 40% — but Limelight's share is capped at $100 per day.

That means:

$100 in services → You keep $60 / Limelight gets $40 $200 in services → You keep $120 / Limelight gets $80 $250 in services → You keep $150 / Limelight gets $100 $400 in services → You keep $300 / Limelight gets $100 $600 in services → You keep $500 / Limelight gets $100 Once Limelight's share reaches $100 for the day, everything else you earn from services that day is yours. Have a slow day? You're not stuck paying $100 in rent. Have a fantastic day? We're not going to keep taking 40%. No booth rent. No minimum daily fee. And 100% of your tips are yours. We'll Help You Grow — But You Have to Hustle Too Limelight has an established clientele by appointment, and we'll actively help market and promote you through our own channels. But we're not going to promise that a magically full appointment book appears on your first day. We're looking for someone who is excited to build their own clientele too. Post your work. Network. Introduce yourself. Reach out to people. Hand out cards. Tell people where you are and what you do. You don't need to walk in with a gigantic book of business. You do need to be willing to build one. We expect you to maintain approximately 5 clients per week at minimum , with the goal of growing well beyond that as you get established.
