Duties Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and texturing services tailored to client preferences Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care to enhance client satisfaction Use salon software and Vagaro management systems to schedule appointments, record client preferences, and manage retail sales Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas according to health regulations Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to support their hair care routines Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and upcoming promotions Support store management with front desk duties including appointment booking and client check-in/out processes Skills Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques Knowledge of salon software platforms like Vagaro for scheduling and client management Skilled in hair care treatments including hair extensions, color theory application, and barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves Strong customer service and client communication skills to build lasting relationships Ability to upsell retail products effectively through retail math and personalized recommendations Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe salon environment Experience mentoring junior team members or providing training on new techniques or products Join us if you're passionate about transforming clients' looks while delivering outstanding service!
