to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Upsell retail products by educating clients on hair care, skincare, and nail products to enhance their beauty routines Assist front desk duties by greeting clients, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification in accordance with state regulations Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring, extensions, barbering, eyelash extensions, and nail care Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends Proficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms Excellent communication skills for client consultation and retail upselling Ability to perform precise hair cutting techniques including straight razor work when applicable Experience with store management tasks including retail sales, front desk operations, and retail math calculations Passion for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance Join us to make a difference in our clients' lives through your artistry!
