+ Production Bonus Barcode Barbers - Rancho Murieta, CA Barcode Barbers is looking for a talented, dependable, and personable Barber or Cosmetologist to join our team as a full-time employee. We are a busy, established, modern barbershop in Rancho Murieta with a strong existing customer base. This is an hourly employee position—not a booth rental position—so you can focus on taking care of clients, building your clientele, and providing great haircuts without worrying about weekly booth rent. Compensation

• $27-$35+ per hour Guaranteed $20/hour base pay + tips

Who We're Looking For We're open to both licensed Barbers and licensed Cosmetologists. What's most important to us is that you're confident with men's haircuts and enjoy working in a barbershop environment. We're looking for someone who can provide consistently great haircuts while delivering an equally great customer experience. You should be reliable, professional, friendly, motivated, comfortable working in a busy shop, and able to connect with clients. Experience with men's cuts, fades, tapers, clipper work, scissor cuts and current men's styles is preferred. A current California Barber or Cosmetology license appropriate for the services performed is required. Schedule This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week. Weekend availability is important, including Sundays, as Barcode Barbers is expanding to seven-day-a-week service.
