BOOTH RENTAL

position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a lively, supportive 5 Star salon setting that values creativity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Full-time booth rental is $850 and Part time (3 days) is $650. Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type. Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensionsens are a plus. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness following industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Use salon software systems like Square to process retail sales efficiently. You will earn 10% commission on product sales. Engage with clients through clear communication about service options, hair care advice, and product recommendations to foster loyalty. Upsell retail products such as hair care items and accessories to boost sales while educating clients on their benefits. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management operations. Work together as a team by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques, color theory, barbering skills, and sanitation practices. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Proficiency in hair coloring techniques, hair styling, and will train on the use of salon software. Knowledge of hair extensions, and advanced haircutting methods including straight razor work are a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Familiarity with retail sales strategies such as upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities. Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment. Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration. Experience with store management tasks including scheduling, inventory control, and front desk operations is a plus.
