The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, providing exceptional services to our clients in a professional salon setting. Duties- Perform a variety of hair and beauty services including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Provide facial treatments, makeup applications, and eyelash extensions
- Conduct hair removal services such as threading
- Utilize straight razors for shaving services
- Offer exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize retail math skills to recommend and sell beauty products
- Upsell services and products to clients
- Manage front desk duties when needed Skills
- Proficient in cosmetology techniques and trends
- Experience with straight razor techniques
- Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar salon software for scheduling appointments
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions
- Knowledge of retail math for product sales
- Strong upselling abilities to increase service bookings and product sales
- Front desk experience for managing salon operations
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a welcoming and professional environment
