- Independent Chair Rental Hillside Neighbor is offering an ongoing chair-rental opportunity for a licensed barber at our established barbershop in San Francisco's Noe Valley/Mission area.
Rental options:
Four days per week: $1,300 per month- Five days per week: $1,450 per month
- Six days or full-access schedule: $1,600 per month
- One-month security deposit
- Minimum three-month commitment Wednesday through Saturday access is currently available, but the schedule is flexible and can be arranged around the right barber's needs.
The rental includes:
Furnished professional barber station- Established barbershop environment
- Utilities and Wi-Fi
- Excellent Noe Valley/Mission location
- Freedom to manage your own schedule, services, pricing and clientele
- Supportive, professional and relaxed atmosphere We are looking for someone who: Holds an active California barber or cosmetology license
- Has an existing clientele or is actively building one
- Wants a stable, ongoing place to operate—not occasional daily access
- Is dependable, professional, clean and respectful
- Provides their own barbering tools and supplies
