Duties Perform professional hair styling, including scalp massage, facials and styling to meet client preferences. Deliver expert head spa services such as scalp treatments , and scalp care consultations. Administer skincare treatments including lymphatic draining facial massage, gua sha stone facials, fascia massage, and skin cleansing routines. Apply facial masques, and other specialty beauty services to enhance client appearance. Follow salon safety protocols by maintaining sanitation standards, disinfecting tools and workstations regularly, and adhering to disinfection procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and upsell retail products or additional services. Stay current with industry trends in color theory, new techniques in nail art, hair styling innovations, and esthetic treatments to ensure top-tier service quality. Requirements Valid Cosmetology license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in hair styling, scalp care, skincare treatments, and esthetic procedures. Strong knowledge of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures. Expertise in trichology, facial application, styling, scalp massage, and other advanced facial techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships. Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Familiarity with retail math for sales transactions and inventory management is a plus.
