Responsibilities :

Theory Instruction (Online): Support the interactive online Milady (CIMA) curriculum delivered to students online, covering topics such as skincare techniques, product knowledge, facial treatments, and sanitation protocols.

Practical Training:

Oversee hands-on practical training sessions, providing guidance and support to students as they develop their skills in a salon-like setting.

Assessment and Feedback:

Assess student performance through practical demonstrations, written assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development.

Student Support:

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, offering guidance and encouragement to students as they progress through the program.

Professional Development:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into curriculum updates and instructional methods.

Administrative Tasks:

Complete administrative tasks related to course planning, student evaluations, and record-keeping in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements :

Cosmetology License:

Hold a valid esthetics license issued by the State of Texas with a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in the field.

Teaching Experience:

Previous experience teaching or training individuals in esthetics or a related field is preferred. Passion for
