• Kala Studio is an expanding boutique beauty brand seeking experienced Licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists to join our growing team.

Professional Brow Threading is the core of this position and is

REQUIRED.

We are looking for beauty professionals who are confident delivering clean, consistent eyebrow threading with exceptional shaping, symmetry, speed, and client care. Lash Lift & Tint experience is also required. Experience with Brow Lamination, Facial Waxing, Lash Extensions, and additional beauty services is highly preferred. This opportunity may begin as either Full-Time or Part-Time , depending on business needs and candidate availability, with excellent long-term career growth opportunities as Kala Studio continues expanding across Southern California.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform professional eyebrow threading with exceptional quality and consistency. Provide Lash Lift & Tint, Brow Lamination, Facial Waxing, and other beauty services. Deliver outstanding client experiences while building long-term relationships and encouraging rebooking. Recommend additional services and retail products when appropriate. Maintain the highest sanitation, safety, and professional standards. Support daily studio operations and assist with front desk responsibilities when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required
• Active California Esthetician or Cosmetology License.

Strong professional experience in Eyebrow Threading . Experience performing Lash Lift & Tint services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Preferred Brow Lamination Facial Waxing Lash Extensions Portfolio, Instagram, or before-and-after photos.
