Booth rental OR commission options are available for both experienced stylists and entry-level talent ready to learn and excel. Responsibilities Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type. And perform specialized treatments. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace following all sanitation standards and salon safety protocols Use salon software like GLOSS (if you'd like at no extra cost) to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Offer professional advice on hair care products, retail items, and upselling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries with excellent communication skills.
