The ideal candidate is confident with classic and modern barbering techniques, delivers an exceptional client experience, and thrives in a clean, professional, community‑focused shop environment.lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and styling Consult with clients to understand desired outcomes and offer expert recommendations Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and adhere to Colorado state barbering regulations Build and retain a strong client base through excellent service and professionalism Manage appointment flow, including walk‑ins and scheduled clients Recommend and educate clients on grooming products and techniques Contribute to a positive, welcoming shop culture Handle POS transactions accurately (Square experience a plus) Requirements Active Colorado Barber License Strong technical skills in cutting, fading, straight‑razor shaving, and beard work Excellent communication and customer‑service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliability, punctuality, and professional appearance Schedule & Compensation Full‑time or part‑time options Commission structure (based on experience) Tips paid daily Opportunities for growth, education, and increased clientele
