with occasional travel to our Rangely Campus.Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cosmetology Program Director/Lead Instructor to lead our Cosmetology program at the Craig campus. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the program, including scheduling, budget oversight, and curriculum development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor part-time cosmetology instructors Develop and manage the program budget Create and implement program schedules each semester Stay updated with industry trends and accreditation requirements Actively teach and oversee student learning and practical skills Assist with student graduation records and requirements Host and lead program advisory boards Manage social media platforms related to the cosmetology programEssential Qualifications:
Valid Colorado Cosmetology License Minimum of 4000 hours of paid cosmetology experience within the last 5 years Strong knowledge of relevant technology and equipment (computer, printer, etc.) Why Join Us?
