Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Institute Barber Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire future professionals. This is a rewarding role where you will have the chance to share your expertise and help students develop their skills in the field of barber.

Duties:

• Deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials for students
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to students
• Supervise and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement
• Implement assessments to measure student progress and achievement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure curriculum relevance
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to enhance the learning environment
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom and clinic environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with students in an educational or training setting is recommended, not required
• Experience working behind the chair and or in the treatment room
• Strong knowledge and experience in cosmetology techniques, trends, and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and clinic of diverse learners
• Proficiency in record keeping
