options available. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair styling techniques, customer service, and salon operations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while creating a welcoming and positive environment for our clients. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations. Engage in retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling Experience Valid cosmetology license is required. •2+ years experience for commission options Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Familiarity with salon software systems is preferred; experience with Gloss Genius is a plus. Knowledge of color theory and various hair techniques is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A commitment to ongoing education in the beauty industry to enhance skills and knowledge.
